In 1997, Ali, Hamdi, and Shoukri Mustafa founded Ralik with a simple vision: to provide businesses with exceptional service, quality products, and long-lasting relationships built on trust.

What began as an entrepreneurial venture quickly grew into a trusted partner for thousands of businesses across Quebec, Ontario, and Eastern Canada.

Over the years, Ralik’s growth has been driven by the dedication of its employees, the loyalty of its customers, the confidence of its suppliers, and a constant commitment to innovation. Together, we have achieved important milestones, expanded our product offering, and built a reputation founded on reliability, accessibility, and simplicity.

In 2022, we proudly celebrated our 25th anniversary—an important milestone that gave us the opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed to our success. As part of this celebration, Ralik donated $100,000 to four organizations that play an essential role in our community: Fondation Femina, Moisson Laurentides, the Alzheimer Society Laurentides as well as the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation.

In September 2023, Ralik entered a new chapter in its history by joining the Imperial Brady group, a North American leader in the distribution of packaging, janitorial, safety, and industrial solutions. This new chapter enables our customers to benefit from a broader network, expanded resources, and an even more comprehensive product offering, while preserving the qualities that have defined Ralik since its beginnings: our expertise, close customer relationships, and people-first culture.

Today, Ralik continues to grow under the leadership of Ali and Shoukri, supported by the same leadership team that has remained in place since the acquisition. Together, they continue to uphold the values, expertise, and customer focus that have shaped the company’s reputation since 1997.
